In order to qualify for federal loans a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) should be completed and aid is granted based on student need, tuition rates at the college, along with other factors. I must add, I have never had any kind of emotional disorder during my life and am a skeptic of anti-depressants. The application deadline is in late April, but it is best to apply much sooner.
